Enter your Discount Code in the 'Discount Code' box at checkout and click 'Apply'. If valid, the discount will be reflected in your updated cart total. 4. Can I make changes to an existing order?
Once your order is confirmed, we cannot amend or cancel it. However, you can request a return and refund after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our Print-On-Demand manufacturer in Melbourne.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95. We offer free shipping for orders over AUD $150.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, we'll send a second email with tracking details. For production and shipping timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy. If your order exceeds the indicated time frame and you haven’t received tracking details, contact us at info@annierose.com.au.

8. I’m missing an item from my delivery. What should I do?
If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately at info@annierose.com.au so we can assist.

10. How long do I have to return my order?
At Annie Rose, we're confident you'll love your new piece.  However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

11. How do I request a return or refund?

12. Do you cover return shipping?
Annie Rose does not offer free returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please include your postage receipt when returning the item. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will credit your postage cost. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

13. Do you deliver overseas?
Currently, Annie Rose only delivers within Australia. However, international shipping may be offered in the future. Stay updated on our Website and our Social Media for any changes regarding overseas delivery.

14. How do I care for my Annie Rose garments?
We recommend machine-washing garments cold with like colours. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the printed designs. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron over the prints. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions.
